Marlon Wayans finally bid adieu to his Sherman Oaks pad ... and it stung a little.
The NBC star just sold his 4,127 square foot pad for $1.5 million -- after 211 grueling days on the market ... taking a $25k hit in the process.
No word on why the house sat for so long -- it's a nice place ... 5 beds, 5 baths, nice backyard with a pool, fancy kitchen with Viking appliances ... the works.
Marlon bought the place in 2006 -- so he had a good run.
Woulda been better if he made a little skrilla though ...
