Scott Disick is looking for a nice new place to call home -- so he can fix it up and sell it for a fat stack of cash.
Disick was house hunting Monday afternoon with his real estate agent Tomer Fridman ... checking out a 6 bed, 6 bath "fixer upper" in the heart of 90210.
As we previously reported -- Scott is becoming a pro at flipping houses, and may even get his own real estate spin-off show.
The house -- listed for $2.8 mil -- sits on a cul-de-sac overlooking a canyon and, of course, provides ample views of all the poor people below.
